A little bird tells us that Fidel’s new wife, Lwam Getachew, was actually in school with his younger sister before the two went for studies abroad, again, in the same university.
Well, now you know, but there are more twists to the whole wedding story.
A week after wedding the Eritrean beauty, Fidel Odinga is set for another wedding ceremony at the same venue — tomorrow.
Just for a recap, the wedding ceremony took place at the Othodox church, Nairobi on Saturday morning before hosting a 500 guests banquet at Lions Club, Loresho late in the evening.
Source’s told Pulse that the ceremony had been organised by the bride’s family and tomorrow will be the day the final ceremony will be done.
Guests who went for the ceremony last week were advised to keep their invites and use them during tomorrow’s function.
Last week’s affair took place only a year after the Prime Minister’s son filed for divorce against his former wife Veronica Wanjiru.
Unlike his much-publicised 2007 wedding ceremony which was full of pomp and colour, the Saturday affair was a closely guarded, invites only ceremony. It was closed to the scrutiny of the media.
