Apart from the half a million shillings fine, AFC Leopards "shall be fully liable and responsible for paying in full any related penalties or losses of bonuses that may be applied against KPL by broadcast and/or title rights holder and/or other sponsors and/or any other contractual obligation."
The Sunday match is said to have cost close to Sh5 Million and in addition to the Sh500,000 AFC Leopards is expected to pay for all the damages and expenses incurred in organizing the match.
True to their word, Leopards did not turn up for the fixture, forcing match officials to wait for the mandatory 20 minutes before handing Gor a walk-over on a 2-0 basis.
Gor will now meet Tusker in the first semi-final match of the tournament next weekend.
